Our on-line records management and decision support capabilities
are based on the capabilities of our Landview DSS Pro software.
This system is used to record and manage crop production records
for seeding, fertilizer application, weed/pest control, tillage
and harvesting as well as grazing information for livestock. Weather
information is also included; an
d,
crop management plans and budgets can be prepared. Decision support
tools for soil sampling, communication with laboratories, fertilizer
recommendations, yield mapping, and other precision farming tools
are available. The data contained in the database and tables are
linked to map entities.
Users of the records management and decision support capabilities can have their records included in the aggregate database with other authorized members. This gives member users access to the exceptional value of farm benchmark comparisons and agribusiness members and producer organizations access to valuable management information summaries.
