BCL Landview Systems Inc. (Landview
Systems) treats security extremely seriously, and the privacy
of your data is of utmost importance to us. We are committed to
respecting the confidentiality of clients' personal, business
and financial information. If you are a member subscriber, we
use advanced technologies to ensure that your account information
can only be accessed by those with appropriate permissions and
authorizations. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality
and security of your account and your data and to handle your
account in an ethical, responsible and professional manner.
Privacy and Security Guidelines
- In order to establish and maintain your account and to provide
client support; we require specific information. This information
includes your name, business name, address, phone number, facsimile
number, e-mail address, and method of payment. This may also
include credit card information if you are paying by credit card.
- Landview Systems ensures the privacy and confidentiality
of information and data through built-in computer hardware and
software safeguards. Our computers are protected through a system
of firewalls and routers, as well as through a secure socket
layer.
- Your account data and access to your account is password
protected. User IDs and passwords are used to verify the authenticity
of account owners.
- You will be asked to create a unique User ID and password
for your authorized users. This will protect your user account
information and access to your data. When you create your unique
user ID and password, we also ask you for a "challenge word
or name". This gives you a method for access to your account
in the event that you forget your password. Landview Systems
will never disclose your password or "challenge word or
name".
- The user who owns the account has sole control over all access
to the data stored in the account. Users can permit a Landview
professional to view, add or modify data.
- Your data will only be used in aggregate data analyses with
your permission and authorization. Aggregate data analyses will
not be traceable back to individual user accounts.
